Richard began working in the reinsurance industry in 1984, occupying various (re)insurance technical roles. Shortly after PRO’s formation in 1993 he headed up the Information Systems Department with responsibility for delivering innovative run-off systems. He has since specialised in client integration and business development activities.

Richard is account excecutive for one of PRO's major clients the Swiss Re Group, with whom PRO has preferred provider status for servicing its run-off operations.
