Philip’s insurance career started in 1978 with considerable time spent working in underwriting. When PRO was established in 1993 Philip was appointed Technical General Manager. Philip has undertaken roles as a client executive developing solutions for a number of PRO’s clients.
Credentials/Qualifications
Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII)/Chartered Insurer. Graduate of Oxon with Honours Degree in French & German. Degree in Law (LLB).
Responsibilities
Philip is involved in leading new business development activities in Continental Europe and also undertakes inspection of records on behalf of PRO's clients.
Specialist Expertise
General technical operations, development of inward commutation activities in particular those involving cedant inspection of records to secure balance sheet savings. Philip provides technical advice on contentious claims and litigation cases. Philip is also fluent in French & German.
