TMEI - Proposed Solvent Scheme
Tokio Marine Europe insurance Limited ("TMEI") (formerly known as The Tokio Marine & Fire Insurance Company (U.K.) Limited), intends to implement a solvent scheme of arrangement (the "Scheme") pursuant to Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006 to finalise certain reinsurance liabilities of TMEI.
PRO is the current Run-Off Manager and proposed Scheme Manager.
