PRO establishes US based operation.

PRO announces the formation of a new United States affiliate, PRO Insurance Solutions, Inc (“PRO US”).

PRO US is a member of the Swiss Re Group and a subsidiary of Swiss Re America Holding Corporation. PRO US will operate out of in New York and Boston offering a range of management services and solutions, including full-service discontinued management, technical audit, commutation, asset recovery and reinsurance debt purchase solutions.
