GLM Scheme Meetings
The meetings of the Scheme Creditors of each of Scheme Company were held on 28 February 2007 and votes were cast. The vote valuer, John Ryan, is reviewing all vote values and will determine any disputed vote values.
Scheme Creditors will be notified of the results of the votes cast at the Scheme Creditors' meetings on the scheme website (www.glmpool.com).
The court hearing to sanction the schemes previously scheduled for 14 March 2007 has been deferred pending completion of the vote valuation by the vote valuer. Scheme Creditors will be notified of the revised date on the scheme website when it has been arranged.
