GLM Pool: Notice of 'leave to convene' meetings - 28 February 2007
On 12 December 2006, the Scheme Companies were granted leave to convene a single Scheme Meeting of each of their respective Scheme Creditors. The Scheme Meetings will be held on 28 February 2007. Scheme Creditors are referred to the Notice of Scheme Meetings on the Important Documents page of the scheme website (www.glmpool.com) for futher details of the Scheme Meetings.
Scheme Creditors are requested to complete and return their Voting Forms and Forms of Proxy to the Scheme Manager by 23 February 2007.
