WFUM Pools: Notice of Meetings of Scheme Creditors

Following the UK Court approval to convene the meetings of Scheme Creditors, the WFUM Pools have commenced the voting process.  The WFUM Pools Scheme Document and voting information was made available on the Website (www.wfumpools.com) on 31 July 2006 and is also available on CD-Rom.  This CD-Rom was sent to all potential creditors of the WFUM Pools for whom PRO hold a current address on 31 July 2006.  The documents can be viewed on-line and downloaded in 'pdf' format from the Scheme Documentation page on the Website.

The date of the Creditors' Meeting is Friday 27 October 2006 at Plaisterers' Hall in London.  Voting forms should be returned by Friday 20 October 2006.  Full details are included on the Scheme Creditors' Meeting page on the Website.

You are strongly urged to visit the Website and if you have not already done so, ask PRO (e-mail address: pro_wfumpools@pro-ltd.co.uk) for your Website username and password to access your policy details.  Creditors are urged to review their data on their secure data site and add to the data where appropriate.  Creditors are able to calculate their vote via this site.
