PRO makes purchase offer to ORION creditors

PRO is able to make an immediate cash settlement to a General Scheme Creditor in return for the assignment of that creditor's rights to further dividend payment(s) from ORION.

At present, General Scheme Creditors with Established Liabilities receive the current dividend payment percentage available from ORION of 45%. PRO is willing to offer these General Scheme Creditors a further 10% e.g. $10.00 per $100 of Established Liability value now in return for the assigned right to any future dividends that may become due until the closure of ORION.
