With 30 years' industry experience, Toby has developed impressive credentials across a broad range of technical reinsurance functions. Toby has been extensively involved in the management of client teams and subsequently managing Schemes of Arrangement for a diverse spread of global clients.

He has played a leading role in the management of two of the UK’s most complex insurance schemes, the WFUM and EAUA pools. This experience provides Toby with an implicit knowledge of the processes and protocols which are essential for the successful delivery of value added finality solutions such as solvent schemes and Part VII transfers for insurance and reinsurance companies.

Toby worked for reinsurance companies Pearl Assurance and English & American Insurance and has been with Pro since its formation in 1993.

Toby is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
