After qualifying as a chartered accountant with PwC in 1992, Simon has been involved in live and run-off account management for captives and European operations.
Simon managed the implementation of the first solvent pool scheme of arrangement in the London market and from 2003 to 2007 he was Managing Director of CNA’s European run off and consultancy arm, GRM. He has been actively involved in a number of Creditors Committees for insolvent insurance companies.
Simon has been involved in a number of acquisition and restructuring projects for the Tawa Group. Following Tawa's acquisition of Pro in November 2009, Simon was appointed Chief Financial Officer.
