Pervin is Head of Marketing for Pro with responsibility for the company’s overall marketing plansfor the company's wide range of products and services.

In addition to her marketing role, Pervin is an insurance consultant specialising in the technical aspects of long tail claims. Her particular expertise is on asbestos, health hazard and pollution (APH) claims, focusing on IBNR evaluations for reserving, settlement and commutation purposes. 

She has also undertaken due diligence and process reviews covering claims, operations and systems audits as well as reserve valuations. In addition, over the past 13 years, Pervin has been involved in a number of litigations, arbitrations and adjudications providing the back-up analysis and research required to support expert and factual witness testimonies.

Pervin has been employed in the insurance industry since 1989. Prior to joining Pro in 2007, Pervin was employed by KRA / Axiom.
