Jon has worked in the London insurance market since 1979. He has specialised in the management of North American liability claims on both reinsurance and direct books of business, This has often been in a lead role covering general and products liability, medical malpractice and professional indemnity.

A renowned market expert on APH claims, Jon has regularly provided expert witness testimony for London market insurers. He has also spent time as a Director of LMCS and a company market claims group and has been a member of various APH committees.

Since joining Pro in 2006, Jon has represented clients on a number of major and contentious losses. He has worked extensively with US direct assureds, leading settlement negotiations which have resulted in favourable outcomes and lead to the successful implementation of various Schemes of Arrangement.
