Adam began his insurance career at Ecclesiastical Insurance Office plc in 1995, where he held several roles within the management accounting and financial reporting functions.

Upon joining Pro in 2001 as a Senior Client Accountant, he assumed the responsibility for integrating the accounting and financial reporting systems for new clients. This included the filing of statutory financial statements, FSA returns, HMRC tax and VAT returns and company secretarial duties.

During 2010, Adam was appointed to the role of Head of Client Accounting for Pro where he is responsible for the management and development of the internal client accounting resource.

Adam is a member of the Solvency II working group assembled by the Association of Run-off Companies (ARC) to assess the impact of the EU directive upon the UK run-off market.

He qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant in 2002.
