What we look for

Our people all bring their own unique talents to our team, but there are certain qualities that tend to mark out a PRO person. You’ll need to be someone who has plenty of energy and ambition and is keen to make their mark in a dynamic company. You’ll enjoy problem-solving and managing projects and you’ll have a real eye for technical detail. You’ll also be good with people and at working as part of a team. Operating in a global marketplace, good language skills are becoming increasingly more important. The specific skills and experience you’ll bring will vary from role to role, but some previous (re)insurance or run-off experience will be beneficial.
